Missions
Senior Manager EPM
Responsible for FP&A and Consolidation process offerings for EPM/CPM integrations and any add-ons.
- Define and deploy the vision, objectives and action plans relating to the EPM and CONSOLIDATION offers in line with the overall strategy of Noram BI Solution.
- Coordination and alignment of the different EPM & CONSOLIDATION offers;
- Work closely with the CRO to drive revenue growth and with the COO to optimize operations.
- Intervene as Customer Success Manager on strategic accounts to ensure the smooth running of our interventions, maintain an excellent relationship with the customer and generate opportunities.
- Ensure the good activity rate of EPM and CONSOLIDATION consultants and their profitability
- Anticipate risks and implement preventive and evolutionary actions to manage them.
- Represent the company in its scope of activity, make the EPM and CONSOLIDATION offers known and its offer on the market
- Assume an expert role, support consultants and share your experience with them to enable them to increase their skills (expected invoicing of 50% of the time worked)
- In conjunction with the Project Office, ensure that EPM and CONSOLIDATION projects are completed on time, on budget and of the highest quality.
- Compose, assign and coordinate, in collaboration with sales, the operational teams as part of pre-sales activities: demos, discovery calls, presentations, proposals; He is the guarantor of the involvement of his teams and their compliance with the sales process.
- HR dimension: validate salary reviews, bonuses, leave, mobility etc ...
- Collaborate with the HR Director and COO to recruit, train and retain leading EPM and CONSOLIDATION talent.
- Define, propose, develop the organization of the EPM and CONSOLIDATIO teams
- Lead and motivate the EPM and CONSOLIDATION teams
- Guarantor of the company's values of the company's values
Desired profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field;
- You have between 10 and 12 years of experience, preferably in consulting or accounting in a position as a financial analyst, assistant controller, or in continuous improvement;
- You have a professional accounting designation (CPA);
- You are rigorous, you are a team player and you are committed to the success of your projects;
- You have an ability to analyze and synthesize and identify solutions that bring value to the customer;
- Have consulting experience in various sectors and companies (manufacturing industry or transportation/logistics (an asset));
- You can manage several projects simultaneously;
- Experience with various ERPs such as Dynamics 365 (an asset);

Recruitment process
A total of 3 interviews:- 1st: interview with Sandra or Alicia
- 2nd: technical interview with 1 or 2 managers
- 3rd: Interview with Senior Management, Director of Operations
And maybe a lunch with the upper management at the end of the process!
