Missions

Senior Manager Analytics

We are currently looking for a Senior Manager Analytics to join our Analytics team.

The role will be to be the right-hand man of the Executive Director of the Analytical Department for North America. 

• Team Management: Supervise and support the development of managers and their respective teams. Ensure the coordination and efficiency of the teams under your responsibility.
• Pre-sales activities: Actively participate in initial meetings with customers, take their requirements, formulate and present business proposals related to data and artificial intelligence solutions.
• Recruitment: Manage recruitment processes to strengthen teams, in collaboration with human resources.
• Customer Relationship & Execution Monitoring: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and take on leadership roles in leading various projects such as roadmap development, audits, architecture, data governance, change management, and business analysis.
• Opportunity detection and problem solving: Identify growth opportunities and customer challenges, propose appropriate solutions by mobilizing the appropriate resources.
• Event Participation: Represent the company at local and international events, including meetings with publishers and business events.
• Contribution to the internal strategy: Participate in the definition of the vision and strategy of the Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence business unit, including the development of partnerships, the planning of certifications and the structuring of our offers and our different practices.
• Expansion into the American market: Play a key role in the development of the North American market.

• This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, as well as strong expertise in data and artificial intelligence

Recruitment process

A total of 3 interviews:

• 1st: interview with Sandra or Alicia
• 2nd: technical interview with 1 or 2 managers
• 3rd: Interview with Senior Management, Director of Operations

And maybe a lunch with the upper management at the end of the process!
